Buying discounted gift cards is an easy way to save more on pretty much everything. It’s like adding an extra layer of savings to your purchase beyond coupons, promo codes, and sale prices. But when it comes to finding the best gift card deals and discounts, where do you look?
Many sites offer discounted gift cards for the same popular brands, but not all sites have the same savings. Like, some sites will offer a 4% discount on restaurant gift cards, while others offer over 30% savings. So buying discounted gift cards from the right place — at the right time — can make a huge difference.

Some of the best offers I’ve seen include 20% off P.F. Chang’s gift cards, 18% off David’s Bridal gift cards, 16% off Gap gift cards, and up to 8% off Carnival Cruise gift cards!
You can also earn up to 10% cash back (aka “Raise Cash”) when you buy gift cards at face value. Most gift cards are delivered electronically in a matter of minutes. To redeem and access your gift card purchases, all you have to do is log in to your Raise account online or download the Raise app (iOS / Android).
The best part? Raise gives you $10 off your first gift card purchase when you sign up. And if you invite your friends to sign up for Raise too, you’ll earn $5 for every friend you invite just for spreading the word.
TIP: As you browse discounted gift cards online, always sort your search by “highest discount” to see the very best gift card deals first. You’ll usually see this option if you browse all gift cards or click to see gift cards within a certain category (like apparel, travel, etc.).
2. CardBear.com – Save up to 33% on gift cards.
CardBear.com is one of my favorite places to look for discounted gift cards. Why? Because they compare discounts across a bunch of resellers so you can see who’s offering the highest discount. They’ll also tell you whether to buy the discounted gift card now or wait for a better discount to come later.
You’ll find discounted gift cards for up to 33% off the face value on CardBear. Wanna save on gift cards to Disney? Lowe’s? Target? Starbucks? Or Olive Garden? No problem. They have gift cards to thousands of brands. And if you’re looking for an Apple gift card, CardBear is THE place to check first. They currently have discounted Apple Store gift cards for up to 10% off.
CardBear even lets you set up savings alerts for certain brands. So if there’s a higher gift card discount available for a brand you love, you’ll be the first to know. You can also view the discount history for different gift cards to see how their rates have changed over time.
3. CardCash.com – Buy gift cards for up to 33% off.
CardCash.com is similar to Raise — you can buy discounted gift cards for up to 33% off or exchange your unused gift cards for ones you really want. They sell gift cards to over 1,300 retailers and brands, including Chipotle, Home Depot, Airbnb, Uber, and many more.
Some of the best deals I’ve seen on CardCash include up to 20% off Aerie and American Eagle gift cards, up to 16% off AMF Bowling gift cards, up to 15% off Athleta gift cards, and up to 9% off Royal Caribbean gift cards.

4. Gift Card Granny – Earn cash back on gift card purchases.
Gift Card Granny used to lead the game with discounted gift cards, but they’re more focused on cash-back offers these days. You can earn cash back on gift cards from 1,000 brands, which you can browse online or in the Gift Card Granny app (iOS / Android).
From my experience, most gift cards only give you about $1 or $2 cash back, depending on the face value. But it’s still a great way to grab extra savings if you can’t find discounts anywhere else.
Gift Card Granny also lets you send eGift cards to friends and family on the go, buy gift cards in bulk, and customize the look of any Mastercard or Visa gift card by uploading your own photo.
5. CrayPay – Earn up to 10% back on gift cards.
According to CrayPay, you’ll save an average of 5% when you buy gift cards through them. CrayPay is just like Gift Card Granny — they offer you cash back on gift card purchases. But here’s the cool thing: if you already know what you want to buy and how much it will cost, you can purchase a gift card for the exact amount — down to the last cent.
You may not get the biggest savings from CrayPay compared to other discounted gift card sites, but it’s another place you can check when comparing different offers. You can browse for gift cards online or in the CrayPay app (iOS / Android).
6. Target – Save an extra 5%.
If you can’t find the discounted gift card you’re looking for on any of these sites, Target is an excellent alternative, mostly because of their 5% RedCard discount.
If you’re a Target RedCard member, you’ll save an extra 5% on anything you buy from Target with your card — including gift cards!
You can even save 5% on Apple gift cards (that is, if you can’t find a higher discount anywhere else).
TIP: Your savings on Target gift cards can go up to 10% if you stock up on store gift cards during the Target Gift Card Sale in December.
7. Sam’s Club & Costco – Save when you buy multiples.
Sam’s Club and Costco regularly slash the prices of gift cards or give you a discount when you buy multiples. With these offers, you’ll save anywhere from $5 to $25 on gift cards to retailers, restaurants, airlines, and other brands.
